Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Each piece is wrapped with care before it leaves the studio. If you have placed a custom order, processing time will be discussed with you individually, as timelines can vary depending on the nature of the work, materials required, and supplier lead times. I will always keep you informed.
Czech Republic and EU
Orders within the Czech Republic and the European Union are shipped via Packeta. Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
International shipping
I ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via Czech Post or an equivalent tracked service depending on destination. Delivery times vary and are estimated at 7 to 21 working days after dispatch, though this can differ by country and is outside my control once the parcel has left the studio.
Important note for US customers
Due to the current changes in US import tariffs and customs regulations, international shipments to the United States may be subject to additional customs duties or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by US customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend checking current US import regulations before placing your order. I will always do my best to support you if any issues arise.
Customs and duties
For all international orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I am not able to predict or control these charges.
Returns and refunds polic
Because every piece in my shop is unique and handmade, I ask that you read listings carefully before purchasing. If something is not right, I am always happy to help.
Change of mind returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, in the original packaging where possible. Please contact me before sending anything back so we can arrange the process together.
Once the item is received and inspected, I will refund the full price of the item plus the original standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed. This is in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or there has been an error, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and I will resolve it as quickly as possible. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by SonchCreates.art. Every piece leaves the studio in perfect condition and I take full responsibility for anything that goes wrong on my end.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. I reserve the right to delay the refund until the item has been received and inspected.
