Full description
Real butterfly wings paired with a large labradorite cabochon, bringing together two of nature's rather impressive ways of playing with colour.
Depending on the light, the labradorite reveals flashes of deep blue, teal and green against the copper.
The butterfly is preserved through copper electroforming, with a vintage patina and a protective finish of ProtectaClear and Renaissance wax.
A bit of woodland fairy, a bit of natural history. 🖤

Jewellery care
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics and household chemicals. Store it separately in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft cloth when needed.
Copper and patinated finishes naturally evolve over time, which is part of their character. Please see the full Jewellery Care guide for detailed advice.

Handmade & ethical sourcing
Handmade & ethical sourcing
Every piece is individually made and finished by hand, so small variations are part of its character.
Natural specimens, where used, are sourced from old collections, educational or scientific rejects, or found deceased where lawful. I do not use protected species. Some designs use high-quality replicas instead, and this is always stated in the product details.
